Shipping time
Sellers ship with our partner carriers within 4 business days of payment. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number appears on My Orders and we send you a notification.
Orders that are not shipped
Orders not shipped in time are cancelled automatically after 7 business days and your payment is refunded.
Shipping cost
Each listing shows who pays for shipping. If the buyer pays, the fee is shown separately in the order summary; some listings and campaigns offer free shipping.
When your parcel arrives
Check the item and approve the order. If you neither approve nor report a problem, the order completes automatically 48 business hours after delivery, so please open a return within that time if something is wrong.
