Returns

Your purchases are covered by Buyer Protection. If an item never arrives, differs from the listing or arrives damaged, you can open a return.

Step by step

1. Open a request: within 48 business hours of delivery, go to My Orders, select the item, and tell us the reason; you can add photos.
2. Seller response: the seller can accept the request or object with a reason. If they object, our team makes the decision.
3. Send the item back: once the return is accepted, ship the item within the stated time using the return shipping code you receive.
4. Refund: your payment is refunded after the seller receives and checks the item.

Right of withdrawal for purchases from business sellers

When you buy from a seller trading as a company or sole trader, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (except items excluded for health and hygiene reasons). Purchases between individual sellers are handled under the Buyer Protection rules above.
