How do I buy an item?
Add the item you like to your cart and complete the secure checkout. You can buy several items from the same seller in a single order.
Can I make an offer?
If the seller accepts offers on a listing, you can send one from the product page. If your offer is accepted, you buy the item at the price you offered.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Your payment is held securely until you receive and approve your item; it is released to the seller only after your approval.
When will my order be shipped?
Sellers must ship within 4 business days of payment. Orders not shipped in time are cancelled automatically after 7 business days and your payment is refunded.
What if the item isn't what I expected?
You have 48 business hours after delivery to check the item. If it differs from the listing or arrives damaged, you can open a return request from My Orders. See Returns for details.
