This Privacy Policy concerns the processing of personal data collected through the mobile application and website (the “Platform”) operated by — (“F5PLUS Information Technologies” or the “Company”). 2. Personal Data We Collect
The following categories of data may be collected while you use the Platform:
- Identity and contact data: first name, last name, Turkish ID number (where required by law), email address, phone number and address details. If you sign in with a Google, Apple or Facebook account, your first name, last name, email address and the account identifier held by that provider are obtained from the provider.
- Membership and account data: username, password (stored encrypted), profile photo, membership type.
- Transaction and financial security data: order history, listing details, transaction reference numbers shared with the payment institution (your full credit card number is not stored on Platform systems).
- Communication and support records: in-platform messages (product questions and offers), correspondence with customer services, requests and complaints.
- Transaction security and technical data: IP address, device information (ID, model, operating system), log records, cookie information.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- carrying out membership procedures and managing your account;
- acting as an intermediary in distance sales between Buyers and Sellers;
- handling payment, shipping and delivery;
- keeping the Platform secure, preventing fraud and detecting suspicious transactions;
- providing customer support and resolving disputes;
- fulfilling legal obligations (invoicing, tax, judicial requests);
- improving service quality and carrying out anonymous analyses.
4. Legal Grounds
Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the legal grounds that processing is “expressly provided for by law”, “directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, “necessary to fulfil a legal obligation” and “necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”.
5. Data Transfers
To achieve the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred, in a limited and proportionate manner, to the following groups of recipients:
- Service providers: hosting, cloud storage and technical infrastructure providers.
- Business partners: authorised payment institutions that process payments, and shipping companies.
- Public authorities: judicial and administrative authorities (e.g. Consumer Arbitration Committees, courts) where required by law or upon request.

7. Retention Periods
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation (e.g. the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law). At the end of this period, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
